- Coffee makers also comply with the specific regulations UNI EN 13248
- All our aluminium products comply with European Regulation 1935/2004 and Italian Ministerial Decrees D.M. 21/03/73 and D.M.76 of18/4/2007

- We use only platinised silicone suitable for food contact
PLASTIC POLYMERS
- We use only top-quality plastic technopolymers that are suitable for food contact

- Ceramic knives do not rust and are light and easy to handle
- Ideal for slicing vegetables as they do not darken when cut (ceramic blades do not activate the oxidation process)
- It is a material with a high degree of hardness. Knives made of this material are manufactured by a process called sintering, which determines the ability to hold the edge of the blade for a long time
BOROSILICATE GLASS
- Borosilicate glass (sometimes also referred to by the trade name Pyrex) is known for its qualities of resistance to thermal shocks and impacts
- Our glass containers are made of borosilicate glass
- Thermal shock resistant
- Can be used in the freezer, refrigerator, oven and microwave
- The glass used complies with European regulation 1935/2004 without cadmium and lead release
Our non-stick coatings

- We use only the highest quality non-stick materials
- In cookware, non-stick promotes light, fat-free cooking, and the food does not stick to the bottom
- Cookware with non-stick coating is much easier to clean
- Durable, scratch-resistant, tested according to European standards (M.D. 21/03/73, Regulation (EU) 2020/1245, Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 as amended)
